Privacy Policy

COPYRIGHT, PRINT & MODEL RELEASE AGREEMENT:

A STEWART PHOTO & VIDEO retains the original copyright on all photographs taken. The CLIENT may not edit the photos in any way, except when needing to crop for posting or printing purpose. A STEWART PHOTO & VIDEO grants the CLIENT the non-exclusive rights to use and post the photographs on any social media site, provided that the CLIENT mentions or tags A STEWART PHOTO & VIDEO when doing so. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 @𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 The CLIENT is also granted the non-exclusive rights to reprint their photographs at any time and from any source.

Furthermore, the CLIENT hereby assigns A STEWART PHOTO & VIDEO the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium. The CLIENT acknowledges that they have no claim to profits that may arise from the use of the images.

If the CLIENT wishes to have a Private Online Gallery that will not show on our website and where the photographs will not be used for business or personal use, please reach out to A STEWART PHOTO & VIDEO. There is a Private Gallery Fee of $500+tax that will be invoiced to you.
